Regenerative Farming
The Kesey Farm has been a working cattle farm since Ken Kesey first lived here, and it remains so today. In partnership with the Upper Willamette Stewardship Network’s Working Lands Program, we are evolving this heritage toward more regenerative farming practices that rebuild soil health, enhance biodiversity, and strengthen the land’s resilience to climate change.
We are in phase one of planning more thoughtful pasture rotation, management, and eventually the incorporation of pollinator hedgerows and native plantings bordering the two fish bearing waterways on site.
